What brand of shirts do you use?
Built By Iron Clothing Co is the brand. 100% original and authentic, we do not use “A brand” such as Hanes, American Apparel, Fruit of The Loom or whatever…We are the BRAND! Our shirts are our own private label made just for us. All of our shirts are custom sewn, dyed, manufactured, designed, and printed in the good old USA.
Your shirts seem to be expensive, why?
Simple…100% MADE IN THE USA
We here at Built By Iron Clothing are most proud of the fact that all of our shirts are cut, sewn, designed, and printed in the USA. What better way to honor the image of being all authentic, original and hardcore built by iron than by wearing a product that is 100% home grown USA. The catch is. It cost much more to operate this way and of course those cost are going to be reflected in the price. Who would you rather be paying, some kid in china or the Philippines, or the blue collar guy that may be the same guy giving you a spot in the gym after he just got done busting his back working in the textile factory we buy from.
What is your return policy?
All returns must be “pre authorized” to receive pre authorization please email customer service with the following information.
- Subject line of email should state “Return Pre Authorization”
- State why you are wanting to return the product
- If you are returning your product for no other reason other than you feel that it is defective, you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving your item. If you fail to contact us within this time frame your request to return the item may be denied.
- If you are returning your item for purpose of exchange due to a wrong size or similar issue the apparel MUST meet the following criteria: All items must be returned in a new, unworn and unwashed condition.
- All returns or exchanges must be returned within (post dated) by a date of no later than 14 days from being received.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not refund shipping costs on returns and or exchanges.
Do you offer a secure checkout?
Built By Iron Clothing Co process all payments through PayPal, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to Built By Iron’s online store using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Do I have to have a PayPal account to check out?
No, you do not need to have a PayPal account. However if you do it can make the check out process that much quicker. Built By Iron accepts all major credit/debit cards.
Can I mail you a check or send cash?
No, we are only able to execute orders through our online store.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It is our goal to ship all orders within 24 hours or being received, however it may take up to 48 hours to be fully processed and shipped. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and may take 3-9 business days to arrive.
